I enjoy dried fish, I enjoy canned fish, I enjoy fried fish, boiled fish, microwaved fish, roasted fish and raw fish.... I can not stand anchovies. I just can’t. I tried, I really did. Maybe I just hate them on pizza.

I strongly approve of the olives and the high density of them, but I prefer mushrooms and sometimes pepperoni or sausage with them. Most places and/or pizza assembly people won’t put anywhere near enough olives on a pizza.
